Regional industrial structure
According to the 2007 results, 59 % of companies had less than 10 employees, 33 % had between 10 and 100 employees, and 8 % of the companies had more than 100 employees.
With regard to the number of jobs by area of activity, the rubber and plastic industries now take the lead with 15.8 % of industrial employment. Textile industry is now in the second position close to 5 %. Textile and clothing industries represent less than 10.8 % of industrial employment.
